Unfortunately, you cannot change the contact person of your consultation.
Please cancel your current consultation and register a new one.
Consultation / Can I cancel my consultation?
Yes, you can.
Go to the Consultation List, click on the subject, and select "Cancel".
Please note that once you canceled a consultation, you cannot undo it.
Consultation / What is the "Response Deadline"?
The "Response Deadline" is the date by which you expect a response from the group.
Consultation / Can I change the group after submitting my consultation?
You cannot change the group after submitting your consultation.
Please cancel the current consultation and submit a new one.
Consultation / Can I request a consultation even if we haven't determined the due date yet?
Consultation / Is it mandatory to enter the expected due date?
Yes, it is mandatory.
Please enter an expected due date, even if it is tentatively set and hasn't been finalized yet.
This helps avoid both you and groups wasting time on proposals that may not meet your needs.
If the date is approximate, you can include a note in the additional information area.
Consultation / How can I learn more about the details and PR points of the groups?
Click on the group names to view their details and PR points.
This information helps you make informed decisions when choosing a group for your consultation.
Consultation / Can I compare proposals from multiple groups?
Yes, you can.
You can select multiple groups simultaneously, saving you the effort of sending the same consultation request multiple times.
Consultation / Where can I enter the quantity and unit price?
Click the button next to "Expected Total Amount" to enter the quantity and unit price.
Consultation / Can I send messages to the groups?
Yes, you can.
Before submitting your consultation, you can exchange messages through "Contact by Message" on the consultation screen or from the message list.
After submitting, you can continue communication using the message room that appears after submitting consultation or access from the consultation details.
Consultation List / How can I sort my consultations by response deadline?
Click a pair of triangles next to the 'Response Deadline' to arrange consultations by earliest or latest deadlines.
Please note that the order may vary due to time zone differences.
Consultation List / How many items are displayed per page?
Up to 30 items are displayed per page.
If there are more than 30 items, click the page number at the bottom to go to the other page.
Consultation List /How do I reset search conditions after applying them?
Clear the search conditions and click the search button again.
You can also refresh the page to reset the conditions.
Consultation Details / Will the group be notified if I edit the consultation?
Yes, a notification email will be automatically sent.
You can also use the message room to send messages.

Go to the Consultation List, click the subject, and select "History".

Go to the Consultation List, click the subject, and click "Edit".
Consultation List / What can I search for in the free word search of the consultation list?
You can search by subject, group, and consultation number.
Consultation List / How does the free word search and advanced search work?
Free word search allows you to enter a keyword and search across multiple items with an OR function.
Advanced search allows you to specify multiple search criteria and use an AND function between them.
Quotation List / How can I preview received quotations as PDFs?
Click the subject to view the PDF preview.
Quotation List / How can I view the history of quotation responses?
Click the edition number.
Quotation List / How can I download quote information as a CSV file?
Click "Export CSV" at the bottom of the screen.
Settings / How can I change the default currency?
You can change it in the Company Info screen.
Settings / Why do some items display a time zone while others do not?
Settings / Are the dates and times displayed based on the time zone I have set?
Message sending time and registration time displayed on history screens are based on the time zone you have chosen in your Settings.
However, for other dates only show the date without time, such as requested date, response deadline and responsed date, they follow the time zone set or changed for each consultation.
Settings / What time zone is used for the due date and quote validity date in the responses from the group?
The time zone in Japan (UTC+09:00) or the time zone of the group you're working with.
Settings / Can I switch the displayed language?
Unfortunately, if you register from the English page, you cannot use Platto-Monodukuri in Japanese.
Likewise, if you register from the Japanese page, you can't use Platto-Monodukuri in English.
If you accidentally register in a language other than your preference, please contact TECHNOA for assistance.
